Product

  1. All items are true to size unless otherwise suggested in the product's description.
  2. Please refer to each product description, in reference to preshrunk questions, and material questions.
  3. Each order will come with washing and drying instructions on how to care for your Puzzle items.
  4. If there are any issues with your items that require item replacements, refund, exchanges, etc., please notify us within 24 hours. Otherwise we will not be able to address this as an issue on our end.
  5. Once orders have been processed no changes can be made to your items.

Shipping

 

  1. Please allow up to 4 business day to process orders in our system, unless otherwise notified.
  2. Once the order is processed in our system you will receive an email or text with a tracking number. Please make sure you enter the correct contact information to ensure you receive all information regarding your order.
  3. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping from the time your order has shipped.
  4. Pease reference your tracking number if you have any questions on the status of your order's shipping.
  5. If you do not receive a tracking number or the tracking number says the item is delayed please contact us by email, dm, or text.
  • SHIPPING THROUGH PANDEMIC- Please allow an EXTRA 1-2 business days for shipping as there have been delays through the Post Office due to Covid-19
Returns
  1. Once the order's tracking number says delivered, only 24 hours will be allowed to request a return. 
  2. We do not return items once the package has been opened or tampered with.
  3. Please double check the size you are ordering, before confirming, to ensure that you are ordering the correct size. All items are true to size unless otherwise stated. Please reference each item in question about preshrinking details to ensure you place the order for the correct size.
  4. There will be no returns or exchanges due to incorrect size ordering.
  5. No returns on discounted items(discount codes excluded) NO exceptions.
  6. Our prices are subject to change at anytime without notice. The price at the time your order is placed is final and cannot be changed once submitted. 
  7. There will be NO returns or exchanges on mystery bags! That's the fun part of the mystery bag.....it's a mystery!
  8. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds of any kind on skateboards. 
  9. We are not responsible for issues caused by the postal service. If there is an issue with your order due to the post office, please handle any solutions with them. 

Please note: If you still wish to process a return given the above mentioned circumstances, you can contact us to discuss if that is possible, if a return or exchange is appropriate please be aware that you may be subject to paying return shipping, any charges of reshipment, etc.
